Getting Started with NexusAI

Welcome to NexusAI. This guide walks you through setting up your account, building your first automation, and going live — all in under 30 minutes.

1. Create your account

Head to app.nexusai.com and sign up with your work email. Once confirmed, you'll land on your workspace dashboard. Your 14-day Growth trial starts automatically — no credit card required.

2. Build your first automation

Click + New Workflow from your dashboard. Choose a trigger — this is the event that starts your automation. Common triggers include: a new form submission, a new row in a spreadsheet, an incoming email, or a webhook.

Once you've selected a trigger, add action steps by clicking the + button. Each step connects to an app or runs a transformation on your data. Use the test button after each step to verify the output before continuing.

3. Test before going live

Use the Test Run button to execute your automation with real data. The run history panel shows exactly what happened at each step, including the raw input and output. Fix any issues before activating.

4. Go live

Toggle the workflow to Active. NexusAI will now execute it every time the trigger fires. You'll see all runs in your monitoring dashboard with status, duration and any errors flagged automatically.
