By accessing or using the NexusAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free trial users and paid subscribers.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
NexusAI provides a cloud-based automation platform that allows businesses to connect applications, automate workflows, and deploy AI agents. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including automations created and data processed through the platform. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
You must create an account to use NexusAI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your organization to use NexusAI.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as set forth in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers.
If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method three times over 7 days before suspending your account. Suspended accounts retain data for 30 days before deletion.
NexusAI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of all data, automations, and content you create using the platform. By using the platform, you grant NexusAI a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the NexusAI platform without our prior written consent.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, during which you can export it. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusAI's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NexusAI shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
